2. The materials are snappy, colorful and fun.
3. The material should be entertaining and not boring that it puts people to sleep.
Methods to consider for training: Written procedures, picture process instruction, OJT (On the Job Training), Video and Audio tapes, Conferences with training programs, Cross-training, Trainee is presented with a realistic scenario and the trainee works alone through problems and situations, Experiments designed to teach by discovery, Trainee plays a role in a simulation of real situations, and learns by doing as well as through the reactions of the other role players, etc.
