This article talks about training should be conducted and why training is necessary? Training is basically done to fill gaps in someone’s competency. When someone has just graduated, they will a number of holes in their competency, but with time these holes will be filled with experience and training. Also, training should be done so that a person is not bored and to ensure that it’s not falling on deaf ears. These things depend on the quality of the trainer and willingness of the person to learn. Companies usually tend to train people for certain competencies they feel are required for the job.
