The problem is the skill sets needed to manage today\\\\\\\'s factories and buildings are changing faster than most people can absorb. Advances in technology disorient even the most committed worker. Always think whether the person requires training or some form of counseling? In training terms there are three types of learning that apply to this situation; Knowledge, Skill, Attitude. Steps in process to develop training include looking at the job and assessing what skill sets are required, evaluating the trainee’s skills and abilities, if there are any gaps in the person’s ability then filling them up with training and last is to conduct tests to verify the skills.
